All Modes Transport is a provider of freight transportation management services from large to small businesses. Our carrier comparison and shipment management solutions help customers simplify freight shipping and provide affordable solutions without giving up dependability. The Account Manager (Logistics Specialist) is a proactive sales position. The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to contact businesses to present and promote our transportation solutions while growing a portfolio of customers. You must be pleasant and comfortable on the telephone as high volume outbound calls daily. You must be fluent with using a computer as we are a web based company. This position will provide consultative transportation services to their clients as he or she continually exceeds their sales objectives through building solid relationships with our customers, generating referrals, and maximizing the freight spend captured from each customer. Organizationally, the Logistics Specialist will report to a Sales Manager and be part of a sales team comprised of approximately 6-15 sales staff.
Requirements
Strong telephone skills, with experience in high outbound call volume A positive, highly motivated, "can-do" attitude Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Outstanding time management and multitasking skills Ability to listen well and uncover a customer’s needs to create sales opportunities Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn new programs quickly Ability to ask for business Detail Oriented ,Self Starter

	Our fee schedule is a simple 5% fee for bi-weekly direct deposit or check, or 5.5% for weekly direct deposit or check. This calculation is based on DELIVERED loads with proper paperwork. This program puts you on the fast track to significant income with the highest agent commission rates available!
